Looking for a driver and delivery person. We are a large commissary kitchen located in Queens. We currently have several retail locations in Manhattan, but also work with distributing meals to the food insecure communities in NYC. You will be helping to transport food goods and prepared meals. You get paid to work for us, while helping those in need at the same time!
Open availability a must. Will involve weekend and overnight shifts.
Full time position with at least 40 hrs/week.
Starting at $20/hr
Following requirements needed:
- CURRENT Driver's license required (with clean driving history)
- Able to drive oversized cargo van and box trucks no larger than 18 ft
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs of cargo
- Able to communicate with onsite contacts for catering, contract meals, and store deliveries
- English a must, Spanish a plus
- Responsible for loading and unloading cargo from vehicles to sites
- Available immediately
- Available 3am-11am and some PM shifts, weekdays and weekends
