Very Small West Village restaurant and bar is looking for dependable, trustworthy and fast porter/dishwasher Weekends are a must. Experience is required, but a good attitude will beat experience for this position. We are looking for someone who wants a home. No job jumpers.
Requirements:
-Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
-Must have prior expertise with being a porter/dish.
-Able to get things done without being supervised
-Detailed orientated
-Be able to lift 50 lbs
-Experience working at a restaurant in similar position
-Good communication with mgmt and staff
-Being on time is a must and being late will not be tolerated
-Must speak/write and understand english This Is A MUST
-Being a self starter is important
