Culinary Operations Chef ( Multi- Unit)

Golden Age Hospitality, the team behind , Elvis, The Nines, Acme, Happiest Hour, Le Dive, and Deux Chats, is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Culinary Operations Chef. This position reports directly to the Corporate Executive Chef , and will be required to work in a multi- unit capacity overseeing BOH operations for all Golden Age Hospitality properties.

As the Culinary Operations Chef You Will:

- Oversee and lead a team of 30+ BOH team members.

- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and trails.

- Work with venue Head Chefs to deliver and oversee all BOH training and development initiatives.

- Ability to coach, mentor , counsel, and provide feedback to improve performance.

- Conduct daily & weekly check ins with BOH teams at all properties.

- Assist BOH team when needed during service at all stations.

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to coordinate menu changes, special event menus and

promotions.

- Operations- procurement of equipment needs.

- Work with the EC to update recipes and costing for all dishes.

- Oversee consistency of food at all locations with chefs.

- Assist with seasonal menu changes, R&D session, and tastings.

- Ensures chefs and teams are following proper sanitation of food storage areas and food handling.

- Audit food storage items to maintain consistent quality products and ensure adherence to all health code requirements.

- Ability to navigate a schedule with the demands of each venue and have a good sense of intuition for what each venue requires.

What You Bring:

- Minimum 4 years of leadership and hands on management experience in a high volume establishment.

- Track record of successfully leading, training ,and coaching BOH teams.

- Strong knowledge of food and labor cost

- Proficient computer skills , excel, and Google applications.

- Ability to work a varied work schedule which includes late nights and weekends

- Multi-unit experience preferred.

- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
