Responsibilities
Customer service. Taking customer orders.
Manage the in-store customer order through fulfillment, ensuring quality and accuracy of the order.
Taking and managing customer phone order fulfillment, ensuring quality and accuracy of the order.
Be able multi-task in a busy environment
Be able to enthusiastically greet customers entering restaurant
Be able to answer customers' questions and provide information regarding food preparation or cooking process store's policies and relevant procedures
Provide quality customer service/support to all guests
Maintain store cleanliness.
Ensuring store shelves and customer service stations are full and functioning.
Prepare and complete orders for take-out or for delivery.
Ability to clearly communicate with management and staff
Other tasks as required
Qualifications
Professional, well-spoken individual with the ability to be cheerful with our customers.
Clean working habits.
Must always be punctual with strong work ethics.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high energy environment.
A demonstrated passion for and previous experience in the restaurant and food services industry.
College education preferred.
Experience with a POS and the MS Office suite is a plus.
Having a Food Handlers License is also a plus.
