Looking for a PUNCTUAL, and friendly Counter Person with Barista and cashier experience.
Must have high standards, and knowledge of working a manual espresso machine.
GOOD LATTE ART IS A PLUS.
Here are a few traits and skills we would like candidates to possess.
Familiar with using a scale, and gram measurements. (WE WOULD LIKE ALL ESPRESSO SHOTS TO BE MEASURED. 18 GRAMS IN 36 GRAMS OUT IS THE STANDARD RECIPE FOR OUR COFFEE PROGRAM.)
GLOVES SHOULD BE WORN WHEN HANDLING DRINK GARNISHES, FOOD, AND PACKAGING.
Familiar with working on a manual espresso machine to pull shots.
Must have good customer service, and greet ALL customers as they enter the door.
Must be willing to help out the team during busy times, tidy up, work cashier station during breaks, hand food to customers.
The Counter Person, needs to be FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED. We are looking for someone who is loud enough to call out food orders, who is organized and neat enough to box pasties, who has moderate barista skills and can cover the main baristas breaks, and off days.
MUST BE PUNCTUAL, HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AND HYGINE, AND BE A CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL. Must be a team player.
$20/hourly flat rate.
