Position: Counter and Grill Worker

Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Prepare ingredients for daily menu items, including slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
Grill and Food Preparation:
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items on the grill, including bagels, sandwiches, and other menu items.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Operational Duties:
Restock and replenish food and supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, grill, and prep areas.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Team Collaboration:
Work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a counter and grill worker in a bagel shop or similar environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-volume periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
