Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Dependable cook who knows how to do a lot with a little. This is not your typical kitchen—we’re all-electric, tight on space, and high on flavor. You’ll be prepping and executing a curated menu of small plates and bar snacks designed to complement the cocktail experience.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute a rotating menu of flavorful small bites and tapas using electric kitchen equipment (fryer, induction, convection, etc.)
Follow food safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workstation
Manage prep, stock, and portion control to minimize waste and maximize quality
Work with the bar team to time food with drink orders during service
Open and close the kitchen including setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning
Maintain DOH standards and stay inspection-ready at all times

Qualifications:
1–2 years kitchen experience, ideally in a bar, café, or small plate setting
Comfortable working solo in a limited-space, electric-only kitchen
Ability to work fast without compromising presentation
Food Handler’s License preferred or willing to obtain
Available evenings and weekends
