As the Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our valued guests. Responsibilities

-Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor, including managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

-Train, supervise, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our brand image.

-Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork, cooperation, and open communication among the staff.

-Monitor and manage dining room flow, making necessary adjustments to optimize seating and minimize wait times.

-Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

-Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including beer and cocktail offerings, to provide recommendations and enhance the overall guest experience.

Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to improve service skills, product knowledge, and adherence to policies and procedures.

-Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and controlling costs.

-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

Qualifications

-Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide a diverse team.

-Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

-Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.

-In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.

-Beer and cocktail knowledge is a plus, including familiarity with different varieties, ingredients, and mixing techniques.

-Full availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, while maintaining composure and professionalism
