Our vision: Michelin-quality seasonal American cuisine with French influence, in the spirit of Michel Guérard and Michel Bras. We aim to create a restaurant that delivers beautiful, creative dishes, warm yet impeccable service, and a carefully curated wine list featuring outstanding producers with ethical practices.
