Greetings,
We are looking for hands-on CATERING / BANQUET CHEF, a team-oriented and a professional leader. Someone that can lead a kitchen team in a busy and fast-paced environment.
The CATERING / BANQUET CHEF is involved in the FOOD planning, preparation, and execution of all banquet events and retail menu; working in conjunction with the Executive Chef and FOH operations as required.
Candidate must comply with the following:
-STRONG HIGH VOLUME EXPERINCE IN CATERING AND REATILA IS A MUST
-Responsible for the execution and development of all company standard operating procedures for BOH staff.
-Directly responsible for managing and systemizing all food production.
-Oversee and manage the kitchen during prep and service ensuring that service runs smoothly
-Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
-Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers.
-Responsible for the development of the BOH team members in leadership, training, and technical skills.
-Responsible for identifying and developing talent within BOH staff to promote and develop talent within.
-Drive the development and evolution of the culinary team.
-Current Serv-Safe certification is desired.
