We are currently seeking a dedicated Cashier/Phone Orders Specialist to enhance our customer service team
Responsibilities:
Process transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system, including cash handling and card payments.
Manage phone orders with precision, ensuring all customer requests are noted and communicated effectively to the kitchen.
Provide stellar customer service, assisting with inquiries, order customization, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.
Previous experience in a cashier role, with proficiency in using UnderEat, Seamless, and similar POS systems.
Demonstrated ability to handle phone orders efficiently.
