Captain - Cocktail Bartender

Looking for an experienced hardworking cocktail bartender for a neighborhood cocktail bar in Fort Greene. Someone who knows their stuff, not afraid of hard work, doesn't complain to work for it, and naturally leads the team. NYC experience and Food handlers certificate is a bonus. But more importantly knowing how to multi-task, work through the rush while being friendly/inviting, and capable of taking an order at a table. We are a small place so the right candidate will not be afraid to pitch in on the floor when needed. We are a tip pooled house so we will only accept team players. Must be comfortable talking about cocktails and taste profiles. Must be available on the weekends. Experience as a hospitality captain or leading a team in the service industry is a huge bonus.
