We are currently looking for a line chef to join our team in our established Cafe in the West Village for breakfast/lunch shift
Requirements:
5 years experience as a Chef/Sous-Chef
Work fast, clean and organized
Familiar with eggs dishes, salads, soups and sandwiches. Can run seasonal specials.
Basic baking skills
Team player
Place orders
Maintain a clean work environment
Good leadership skills
Someone reliable, easy going, works fast, communicates well with their team.
6:30 AM start, weekends a must.
Food Handler Permit is required

We are a busy neighborhood cafe established in 2006
Friendly staff, regular customers in a great neighborhood. A few blocks away from the path train and the 14th st subway stop.
Induction kitchen, take out, sit-down and delivery.
