We are looking for you to develop/manage our established restaurant Responsibilities include organizing brewery events, staff education, menu development, beverage P&L and the maintenance of our beer/liquor/wine program

Food Handlers Certificate.
Must be passionate, open to constructive criticism, and available nights and weekends.
Have exceptional / personal guest service, front of house skills & the ability and knowledge to deliver consistently excellent customer service.
Have experience hiring, scheduling, training, motivating and disciplining staff members to foster strong collective team spirit.
Inventory management experience.
Must be quick and organized with ability to work well under pressure.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Highly detail oriented, clean and professional.
