New midtown afro-carribean restaurant seeking part time busser and Barback
As a Barback, you’ll work behind the scenes to make sure the bar is clean, fully stocked, and ready to impress. You’ll be the bartender’s right hand, helping with everything from setup to breakdown.
As a busser, you'll be helping the servers during service man sure everything is running smoothly
Responsibilities include
Stock the bar with liquor, wine, beer, glassware, and garnishes
Refill ice, juices, and prep ingredients for cocktails
Maintain cleanliness of bar area throughout service
Wash and polish glassware
Assist with bar prep before service and breakdown after
Occasionally run drinks to tables and support FOH as needed
What We’re Looking For
Energetic, focused, and fast on your feet
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow within the bar program
