We are looking to hire a full time FOH team member. Responsibilities include cashier duties at a fast paced, high volume speed.
We are looking for team members who are serious about local & sustainable food, excellent coffee, and building community.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7 hour shifts and MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SUNDAY
Previous experience with POS systems preferred!
Must have excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of hospitality
Strong communication skills and a friendly and outgoing demeanor
Ability to be flexible and assist fellow team members & upper management
Ability to delegate tasks and multitask under pressure
Previous experience working at a fast paced, high volume cafe (or restaurant) greatly preferred!
Willing to train barista skills!
