Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Anthony Ricco are seeking a BREAKFAST LINE COOK to join the back-of-house team of LEUCA.

LEUCA is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ideal Candidates:

Prior experience as a line cook, a true self starter.

Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.

Prepare and execute key components of dishes.

Are well versed in restaurant operations, food handling and safety.

Support their fellow cooks and contribute to leading a team in a busy atmosphere.

Must be available for AM shift
