Black Forest Brooklyn is a German Beergarden in Brooklyn with two locations one on Smith Street, one in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We recently opened also a Cocktailbar called Fritz in Fort Greene. We are looking to hire an experienced friendly Manager for our Smith Street location.
Responsibilities:
Create an amazing work environment for all staff
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and drink preparation
Train and manage all FOH staff
Implement and maintain Systems
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Communications and Marketing
Management of Facility Maintenance
Qualifications:
NYC Food handlers card
Previous Restaurant management experience
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
