We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Bartenders/Servers. If you have a love for craft beer, enjoy connecting with customers, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Bartending: Crafting and serving a wide variety of craft beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care.
Serving: Provide friendly, attentive service to guests while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Menu Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our constantly rotating beer selection and food menu, recommending pairings and guiding guests to their perfect choice.
Customer Experience: Engage with guests, answer questions about beer styles, food, and specials, and ensure a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
Teamwork: Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain a smooth operation.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas, and service stations.
POS System: Accurately take orders, process payments, and manage tabs using our point-of-sale system.
Requirements:
Previous bartending and/or serving experience in a fast-paced environment (craft beer knowledge a plus!).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for craft beer and an eagerness to learn more.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Friendly, positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid alcohol serving certification (if required by local laws).
