Bartender
West Village cocktail bar and restaurant is seeking energetic bartender! Looking for someone whose passion is making and creating cocktails. This is a position for someone who has experience with both craft cocktails as well as working a service bar. Recent graduates of bartending school and servers looking to move into a bartender role should not apply. Candidates must possess the following:
- 3/4 shifts per week with open weekend availability.
-2 plus years bartending in high volume craft cocktail bar. A plus if you have worked a service bar
-Attention to detail and cleanliness.
-In depth knowledge of wine and spirits.
-Food knowledge and proper service acumen
-Able to build 3-5 drinks at a time and double shake
-Strong communication both written and verbal
-DOH certificate is a plus, but not necessary.
-Looking for team player with positive attitude and ability to hustle
