Job requirements:
- Craft a variety of cocktails, wine, and beer with efficiency and consistency
- Deliver friendly and attentive service to all guests at the bar and in the dining area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service
Job Qualifications:
- Proven bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold any required certifications (e.g., alcohol safety training)
