The individual for this position must have the following qualifications:
A solid knowledge of cocktail recipes. Please come prepared to answer some cocktail questions.
The dynamic personality and energy to run a successful bar with a genuine personality.
The ability to accomplish nightly and weekly cleaning tasks.
Weekday and weekend availability. Adaptability to cover shifts.
The ability to lift 30 pounds and the know-how to change a beer keg.
TIPS certified / Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection is a big plus.
