Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines efficiently
Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Assist with service on the floor when needed, including taking orders and running food/drinks
Handle transactions, operate the POS system, and manage tabs efficiently
Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior bartending experience, preferably in a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge and passion cocktail creation
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and hospitality skills
Must be 21+
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge of common spirits, beer, and wine.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights and weekends.
