BAR PREP
Applicants must have 1+ years’ restaurant experience working in a high volume and upscale establishment. Candidates must be punctual, communicate effectively, and maintain composure while multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment. Our philosophy is to provide exceptional cuisine, hospitality and grow together!
Must be available to work lunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays. This is a Full-Time position.
$16.00 per hour for training. After pass training, $18-20.00 per hour. This is a non-tipped position.

We are looking for a Bar Prep to prepare fruit garnishes, syrups & fresh juices daily. Including but not limited to some cold/hot beverages. This job will require cleanliness, organizational skills and some heavy lifting. Attention to detail is needed to maintain the integrity of ingredients. Note: this position’s compensation includes hourly pay, and is a non-tipped position. Candidates must be punctual, communicate effectively, and maintain composure while multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities:
Utilize all kitchen tools with precision and follow all safety standards.
Prepare beverages, syrups, garnishes following recipes
Keep the bar prep area clean and organized
Comply with health and safety regulations
Skills:
Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to properly use a knife and various kitchen appliances
