Overnight Bakers should be:
Full time shifts from (approx.) 8pm-3am
Available 6 days a week, (it may including Saturday and Sunday).
Responsible, on time, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and a team player
Able to lift over 50lbs
Experienced working as a baker for croissants and doughnuts; lamination baking experience a plus
Being able to work in high volume baking production
Being able to follow recipes and directions
Must be able to communicate with coworkers and kitchen leadership
