Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Assistant General Manager to work 5 nights a week on the floor, overseeing operations and handling restaurant closings. The AGM will ensure compliance with DOH and DOL protocols, engage with guests to create exceptional experiences, and lead staff with motivation and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and labor regulations, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure DOH and DOL compliance at all times
Lead and motivate staff, promoting teamwork and professionalism
Manage nightly closes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Engage with guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
