This position will be responsible for the daily operation of the front desk and liaising with any area impacting guest service. Plans, directs and coordinates activities to ensure exceptional service is achieved. Exercises independent judgment and initiative in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities. Ensure that the level of customer service delivered to the guest is consistent with our Standards.
Candidate must possess a minimum one-year experience in a similar capacity along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written English skills, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills. Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands including two overnight shifts and weekends. NYC Hotel experience preferred, FSD highly desirable. 2 years of Asst. Front Desk Experience minimum.
