Assistant Bar Manager Needed

The Duplex Piano Bar is looking for a full time assistant manager. Duties are split between BOH and FOH. FOH responsibilities include supervising staff and overseeing the operation of a very busy live music venues with four service areas, two or three nights per week from 8pm until 5am. Strong hospitality experience is required. Skills needed are the ability to deal with difficult people, a positive demeanor and a can-do attitude. BOH responsibilities include physical inventory, minor repairs and data entry. BOH hours are flexible.
