Ideal candidates will will be responsible for interacting with customers creating a high-energy environment while working in an efficient and professional manner.
We are looking to hire someone who loves to maintain a positive attitude and who is primarily focused on delivering superior guest service all all times.
COLLECTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
● Welcoming, acknowledging, and greeting guests who come to the bar for a drink.
● Mixing and serving alcoholic beverages to customers from all walks of life.
● Checking a customer’s ID to confirm that they are legally able to consume alcohol.
● Ensuring that the bar is always well-stocked with a wide selection of wines & spirits.
● Advising guests on their choice of champagnes, spirits, beers, whiskies, and brandies.
● Washing up glasses, dishware, and utensils and then putting them in their own place.
● Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all bar promotions and drink prices.
● Closing the bar at the end of a shift by switching the lights off and ensuring that the building is locked and secure.
● Monitoring the intake of alcohol by guests and prohibiting the sale of alcohol to those who are intoxicated.
