VP, Digital/Online Banking

Description We are in search of a VP, Digital/Online Banking to be part of our team in the credit union industry. This role is situated in New York, and although working remotely, the candidate should be prepared for quarterly meetings in the city. This role involves overseeing our digital banking/online banking platform and managing a small team. Responsibilities: Oversee the digital banking/online banking platform and all its related activities Lead the strategic development and execution of digital channels including online banking, mobile, and POS experience Manage vendor relationships, such as with our Digital Banking platform provider, Alkami Take charge of the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's digital strategy Manage a team of three, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Utilize skills in Digital Platform, Digital Solutions, Online Banking, Product roadmaps, Mobile Banking, and Digital Strategy to drive successful outcomes Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications and maintain customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Demonstrated expertise in Digital Platform and Digital Solutions. Proven experience in Online Banking and Mobile Banking. In-depth understanding of Product roadmaps and their application in financial services. Outstanding ability to develop and implement a Digital Strategy. Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive digital transformation in a credit union. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision making. Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of current trends in digital banking and the ability to apply this knowledge in strategy development. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in digital banking or related fields would be advantageous.
