UX Writer/Content Strategist (Chat)

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a team of Content Strategist/UX Writers to support an experience design portfolio of work. The consultant will be supporting a digital design channel of work. Candidates will be responsible for creating new end to end content strategies and new architecture for user experience copy, product and consumer facing application writing with text and page layouts. There will be a digital aspect to this role in which candidates will support writing and dialogue for digital assistant bots, as well as digital branding updates. Understanding of end-to-end customer experiences to ensure Content Strategy is consistent in voice, tone and construction is important in this role. This role will require copywriting or UX writing to be able to create new content for customer experiences for digital products. He or she will be aligning writing styles and content strategy to consumer experiences. On a day to day candidates will contribute to UX writing and Content Strategy sessions, review new prototypes to makes sure they accurately represent content strategies, and write, edit and implement writing based on customer centric site and mobile application goals.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
