is looking for a:

Learning & Development Assistant

Remote

Long Term W2 Contract

Seeking to Learning & Development Assistant support the Ratings Learning Operations Team. This person will work closely with the team members on various learning projects including Competence test implementation, training setup in the Learning Management System, oversight on training mailbox, etc. They will report to Head of Learning Operations.

What We're Looking For: We are looking for strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders. This candidate should be collaborative, organized, and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate all logistics related to implementing development training modules, from creating invites, managing enrollment and planning logistics for the events • Manage Core Learning & Development curriculum using our LMS system and intranet site • Help maintain intranet L&D site and associated updates • Help support L&D initiatives e.g. competency assessments, role-specific learning paths and certification processes • Collaborate with program owner to implement training programs • Manage training Mailbox and respond to inquires

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required with 1-2 years of L&D experience • Experience as a coordinator/admin • Attention to detail must be high • Strong ability to deliver and execute learning plans/programs • Strong relationship building skills across different geographies • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written) • Strong Influence and collaboration skills - able to bring diverse, groups together and get buy-in • Proficient in using Microsoft word, Excel and reporting on data • Ability to work with little direction, think big picture and get things done
