Top internet firm is looking for a motivated and passionate Support Engineer to help provide an amazing technical experience for all of our employees. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while solving technical issues with our user’s machines and applications. You will perform the technical onboarding for new employees and assist with light project work as needed.

What we are looking for:We are looking for technical individuals who are motivated, self-starters, and always eager to help while providing excellent customer service to our users. You’ll need to be a team player with excellent attention to detail as we work together to solve daily challenges.

What You’ll Do:
  • Technical onboarding of new employees
  • Hardware deployment, software installation, and maintenance of user machines
  • Setup and troubleshooting of Apple and Android mobile devices
  • Asset tracking and inventory management

What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma
  • Up to 2 years of experience in end-user IT or Help Desk
  • Good documentation and communication skills via email, and Slack
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow direction
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs as necessary
  • OS Experience: MacOS, Windows 10, iOS, Android
  • Software Skills: Office 365, VPN software, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

Things that will help:
  • User-level experience with Okta
  • Basic understanding of SaaS
  • Experience with Jamf, Workspace One
