Call Rogelio Agas - / We're hiring for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the integration of acquired company applications and business functionality into the Client's ecosystem. What You'll Do:Will work closely with technical and product teams to manage project schedules, identify risks, and handle communications out to project stakeholders. Will be a facilitator who gathers information for decision making, participates in developing recommendations, and adjusts program direction accordingly for successful delivery.Must be able to make connections between related projects, to streamline efforts and identify dependencies and integration points.Should be a self-starter who is proactive and can demonstrate the ability to prioritize, resource plan and manage stakeholders.Works closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify business goals for integrationsWorks with product owners and technical leads to establish functional and technical requirements, to facilitate solutioningIs responsible for managing the progress and milestones of deliverablesIdentifies and manages project dependencies and blocker issuesIs extremely proactive in tracking follow-up work, especially with dependencies on other teams, keeping the project on trackEnsures the appropriate level of documentation is produced and sharedIs familiar with team communication software (e.g. Google chat), project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, SmartSheet), and Google product suite (e.g. Gmail, Drive, Sheets)Works efficiently with distributed teams in multiple locationsCommunicates effectively with stakeholders, to report on progress, and to set and manage expectationsEscalates issues, raises risks, and formulates mitigation strategies and action plansDemonstrates leadership, and the ability to manage and/or influence team members and senior management

The IDEAL candidate must have:Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3 years of project management experience, the majority of which should include technical project managementConceptual understanding of technologies - databases, API's, middleware, etc. - and how they factor into integrations projectsHands on agile and scrum experienceExperience managing multiple concurrent projectsExperience working with geographically distributed teams
