About this role:Wells Fargo Corporate Security is seeking a Talent & Training Lead (Senior Business Execution Consultant) to join the Business Management team.The Talent & Training Lead is a newly created position and will be responsible for driving talent and training priorities and programs within Corporate Security and across the enterprise.The mission of Corporate Security is to provide a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and physical assets. The Business Management team is responsible for:The day-to-day management and operational cadence of the Corporate Security team
Ownership of business and governance routines
Management of strategic priorities
Management of front-line risk and operational process initiatives

Build comprehensive talent and training strategies, drive engagement, and execute programs and initiatives aligned to key priorities, leveraging best practices and deep understanding of how the business operates
Determine the most appropriate strategy, methodologies, and technologies to deliver learning program objectives
Use appropriate tools and delivery methods to produce blended learning materials
Collect and analyze data to ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of training and development tactics, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations; adjusting strategies and optimizing approaches based on performance metrics
Provide oversight and direction to team involved in execution of training programs
Contribute to a high-performing team by sharing best practices in support of training and development excellence
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
In this role, you will:Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:Experience in a consulting firm or similar experience
Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Strategic, 'outside the box' thinking and the ability to quickly and effectively ramp up on unfamiliar topics
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
