Currently hiring a Structural Engineer, PE for a top tier national firm that specializes in parking consulting, design, planning & restoration for commercial, private and industrial spaces. They are located in Manhattan, NY!Must haves:
7+ years of industry experience & Must have PE license.
Need to have experience with parking structures – (parking lot, parking garage, restoration building experience or historic restoration work).
AutoCAD or Revit experience
Experience with Façade restoration
Description:
Parking Structures and New Structural Design on Restoration Projects
Inspections of parking structures and some new design restoration projects
Provide the technical design, detailing, and specification of structural repairs and new structural design on restoration projects and parking structures
Reviewing projects with the EIT
Reviewing field work
Coordinating with Architecture team and Project Manager on projects and addressing any structural issues and resolving them
Structural Calculations for foundation designs
Develop complete construction documents including drawings, sketches, and specifications
