The AWS team leads various strategic initiatives that involve developing solutions to complex problems, driving technology changes, and liaising with senior stakeholders.We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join this dynamic team and shape key aspects of the Wealth Management operating model. The candidate will evaluate various operating models and technology platforms for opportunities to improve service and/or operational efficiency; and form partnerships to pursue those opportunities through a combination of process re-design, automation, and Generative AI solutions. The primary focus will include creating and enhancing business processes and service models across account approval/maintenance, enhanced due diligence, and a broader portfolio of business transformation projects to support various operations and central teams across Wealth Management.Primary Responsibilities Include· Drive service centralization, innovation, and process reengineering efforts across the client and branch lifecycle, leveraging historical data.· Use industry knowledge to influence priorities, frame projects, streamline business objectives, and execute on various projects at a given time.· Lead strategic projects throughout the end-to-end lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional partners. This includes gathering and creating business requirements/user stories, impact analysis, testing, pilot/national roll out, supporting execution activities such as communications and change management, and tracking success metrics.· Communicate updates on project timelines and report key milestones to stakeholders and internal leadership.· Lead business management functions such as the development, oversight, and tracking of team project and technology roadmaps. · Creation of presentation decks for socialization with stakeholders, business partners, and senior management.· BS/BA degree.· At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in wealth management, management consulting or careers where a similar skill set is developed and demonstrated.· Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit.· Strong project management, organization, communication, attention to detail and analytical skills.· General knowledge and basic experience with the development and execution of Generative AI / Large Language Mode (LLM) initiatives preferred.· Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and apply problem solving skills.· Track record of process improvement methodologies preferred.· Able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.· Strong interpersonal skills - freely develops networks, builds consensus, and prioritizes effectively.· Ability to simplify and communicate complex subject matter.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing expectations and deadlines across various projects. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
