You’ll have an exciting opportunity to join before the store launch, at a fast-paced, high-energy company. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, build a team and foster community bringing the "closet in the cloud" to life. This is a Store Management role with leadership responsibilities that will contribute directly to the growth of our business and play a key role in shaping the future of retail. What You’ll Do:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staffing, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Store Operations Associates and Stylists, fostering a culture of scrappiness, honesty, collaboration, and positivity in a customer-facing environment

Lead by example by rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in all aspects of store operations

Achieve or exceed financial plans and store goals through effective planning and management of store expense and labor budget, while holding team members accountable for individual and store-level goals.

Deliver the “Cinderella Experience,” ensuring every customer receives a personalized and memorable experience

Drive clientele and customer outreach efforts ahead of in-store appointments

Ensure that the store team complies with all company policies and procedures

Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Act as a brand ambassador within the local community, building relationships and partnerships to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition

About You:

Experience successfully managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience in hiring, training and managing retail staff and establishing a team culture that delivers an exceptional customer experience.

You are seen as a leader and can communicate effectively with stakeholders, employees and customers at all levels.

Must be able to work while standing and walking and be able to lift approx 20 lbs

Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving / stocking store functions

Flexible schedule and ability to commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week including nights and weekends

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fashion and innovation

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience

You have a bias to action and align plans to deliver business impact. You are decisive and accountable for results.

You demonstrate a Founder’s mindset. No job is too big or too small, and you always leave things better than you found them.

Both a strategic thinker and a roll-up-your-sleeves operator.

You are obsessed with knowing your customer and empathizing with their pain points, dreams and aspirations and seeking solutions to surprise and delight them.

The role is onsite at our 15th Street Retail store in Manhattan.

The anticipated base salary for this position is 78,400 to $98,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
