Drive UX strategy and execution for complex, public-facing, digital products Work with a wide range of tools to create user journeys, storyboards,wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate UX design conceptsand interaction behaviors Work collaboratively with other disciplines in an agile setting Help plan and conduct user research activities, competitor analysis, and A/Btests to guide product and design decisions Demonstrate the highest design standards by providing clear Interaction and UXdirection/feedback to team members, stakeholders, and researchMust-haves 5+ yrs of experience as a UX Designer or Interaction Designer within alarge-scale consumer-facing organization, or multi-platform company Degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design or similar field and/orcombined work experience required Experience designing 10ft, VUI, Connected and Multi-Modal Product DesignSystems Experience with Design Thinking & Agile development methodologies Deep knowledge and experience in Mobile, Living Room & Connected ProductEnvironments Expertise in Figma, Miro/Mural, InVision Tools, Adobe Suite and rapid prototypingare required An online portfolio of work that clearly showcases your approach to UX designand product discovery, your methods, artifacts and the impact that your workmade on the user experienceNice-to-have Consumer Electronics, Entertainment, Media and/or Lifestyle Product experience Experience mentoring junior designers
