Sr. Accountant

Description Construction Management firm is looking to hire a Project Accountant to their team. This position reports into their Finance Manager who manages the Accounting/Finance operations for the organization. The position is full time in the office, so we are seeking locally based candidates only.Responsibilities: Post journal entries, perform account & bank reconciliations. Produce timely financial reports. Ensure proper documentation & compliance for construction projects. Manage contract/percentage of completion billing (“AIA” billing). Produce & analyze WIP (work in progress) reports. Oversee project budgets, tracking & analyzing variances. Perform AP & AR; including processing change orders.
