Core Responsibilities

.Work collaboratively with Energy Services personnel, Product Owners, and IT to facilitate, capture, and organize all elaboration sessions and assist with formal business requirements for new or existing projects within CPMS, Project Center, Power Clerk, and ESD portal, WMS, CRMS etc.

Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and adherence/creation of deliverable dates that align with IT/BP&T resource availability.

Develop process/project/task flows for all projects handled by the team for all majors, retail and PSN (DES) items.

Maintain the technology intake form from all Product Owners and create a tracking sheet for each initiative.

Create and conduct presentations on projects under Product Ownership and support/delivery on presentations for other team members/products as required.

Keep track of all process flows and tasks.

Take the lead on special assignments and initiatives, applying project management, presentation, oral, and writing skills, and being accountable for timely and professionally prepared deliverables.

Support and be available to assist in CPMS/IT planned system and emergency outages during off-hours, including weekends, as required.

Be available to help Training and Change Management team members support the implementation and roll out of technology enhancements.

Assist in code implementation and defect troubleshooting sessions.

Participate in various IT/Change Management/SME group projects as required.

Provide support to the team with various project needs in on going electrification efforts.

Required Education/Experience

High School Diploma/GED and work experience in Energy Services as an ESR or DM minimum of 5 years related work experience

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and work experience in Energy Services as an ESR or DM minimum of 2 years related work experience

Relevant Work Experience

2 years Experience in Con Edison Electric, Gas, or Customer Service. Required

2 years Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Required

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Required

Must have strong team / work ethics, drive and ability to work alongside a large team. Required

Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple business requests accordingly. Required

2 years Working knowledge and hands on experience within CPMS, Project Center working knowledge. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Driver's License Required

Other Physical Demands

Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

Must be able to support CERC and all other emergency management needs
