- Define product vision, goals, objectives and OKRs for success
- Define both customer and product requirements, communicating these requirements to development team and other internal stakeholders
- Define and deliver product development roadmap
- Oversee user interface design, usability testing, customer research, metrics/data analysis, and product launch
- Manage any bottlenecks, resolve issues, and minimize impediments
- MINIMUM 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in developing customer-facing, web-based products
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency working hand-in-hand with technology teams
- Experience working within eCommerce environments
