We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team remotely within North America.Responsibilities & QualificationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Process all aspects of the payroll functions for assigned locationsEnsure all payrolls are completed accurately and on timeEnsure proper documentation and records are maintainedEnsure compliance with garnishment processingComply with all Canadian and US federal, state, and local payroll tax requirementsParticipate in systems implementations relating to payrollAct as a role model demonstrating being positive, a team player, and accepting of changeMaintain a good working relationship with core departmentsWork effectively with third-party vendors such as OSVMaintain customer service by assisting employees with payroll related questionsInteract with others in a way that enhances understanding and respect, perceive the needs of others, develop relationships, and effectively deal with conflictPerform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):5+ years of experience in payroll processingPrior experience with Workday is a mustPrior experience supporting payroll for multiple sites preferredPrior experience processing payroll for the US and Canada is a mustPrior experience supporting payroll system implementations is a plusExcellent proficiency in MS Office applications, primarily ExcelDemonstrate solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentialityClient focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.Additional Information#LI-RemoteTYLin offers a comprehensive total rewards package.
