Our team is responsible for partnering with markets globally to drive profitable growth, accelerate Merchant Acceptance and amplify the value of Amex to Merchants and Card Members at scale.As part of the Analytics, Data and Marketing organization, the Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value to our Merchants and Card Members. Amex Offers is in the midst of an exciting transformation with increased enterprise focus and momentum, fueling program growth.The Sr. Manager, Amex Offers Oversight & Excellence, will be responsible for advancing oversight and excellence across Amex Offers including sourcing, capabilities and 3 rd party partnerships globally. This individual will be responsible for owning and executing a holistic Offers excellence strategy focused on ensuring operational excellence adherence, continuous improvement and streamlining of end-to-end execution processes, identification and implementation of controls that detect and protect.Key Responsibilities

Support operational excellence activities including regulatory/audit queries, ensuring alignment and coordination across AOBI, the ADM leadership team and key partners.

Own all AOBI compliance and AEMP policy initiatives, including the development and enhancement of Process Risk Self Assessments (PRSAs) to ensure ongoing business relevance, as well as the execution of ongoing control testing and annual version reviews.

Establish and own a Offers excellence training curriculum for AOBI to support onboarding, education, and relevant updates regarding execution tools and processes.

Build and maintain relationships with partners within ADM and across the organization including Operational Excellence, ECMX and GCO. Drive the creation of, and ongoing improvements to, processes involving AOBI marketers and enable two-way feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong understanding of marketing principles, process, and best practices.

Experience in marketing operations, process improvement, or project management.

Experience with internal compliance and operational risk management frameworks (e.g. Process Risk Self-Assessments, Operational Risk Events, etc).

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proven ability to drive change and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Proven ability to work autonomously and adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, high ambiguity, and rapid change.

QualificationsSalary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
