About the RoleStrategy, Digital & Innovation is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to play a critical role in driving the adoption of digital experiences for Commercial Banking & Corporate and Investment Banking (CB-CIB) clients. This leader will be responsible for developing a strategic sales enablement approach while also creating visually compelling, high-impact materials that equip teams with the right messaging and tools to engage clients effectively. As a key member of the Digital Readiness and Enablement (DRE) team, you will both define the strategy and execute the development of sales enablement content, ensuring alignment with business priorities and client needs. You will craft narratives that highlight the value of our digital solutions and translate complex capabilities into clear, client-friendly materials. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling skills as well as strong design sensibilities to create polished, professional materials that resonate with multiple audiences and key segments. Messaging & Storytelling: Act as an advisor to key internal partners & stakeholders to influence digital product initiatives through. Identify and refine key messaging that clearly articulates the value of our digital experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Content Creation & Design: Develop visually compelling, client-ready sales tools, presentations, infographics, case studies, and other enablement materials that support impactful client conversations.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with digital product teams, marketing, and sales leaders to ensure enablement efforts align with broader digital and go-to-market strategies.
Training & Adoption: Support internal education efforts by equipping sales teams with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for digital adoption with clients.
Data-Driven Insights: Continuously refine enablement materials and strategies based on feedback from sales teams and clients, measuring impact and optimizing approaches over time.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Proven ability to develop strategic messaging and design high-quality, visually appealing enablement content for sales and client engagement
Strong understanding of digital banking solutions and the evolving needs of commercial clients
Proficiency in presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to develop professional, polished materials
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital capabilities into clear, simple, client-focused value propositions
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive alignment, change and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use insights to refine enablement approaches
Experience in B2B digital product marketing, go-to-market planning, or sales strategy within a large financial institution
Understanding of digital transformation trends in commercial banking and corporate and investment banking
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies
