About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Drive the development of a multi-year exercise and testing program that provides the company with the sufficient opportunity to assess enterprise resilience in a comprehensive end-to-end manner

Direct and maintain sound processes, policies, procedures, and best practices for enterprise exercises to promote evidence collection and audit requirements

Play a critical role in transforming the resiliency of the businesses and functions by evaluating capabilities, identifying weaknesses, and providing guidance on potential improvements

Engage in dialogue with application team leaders to ensure awareness of deficits in existing resiliency plans and capabilities and the improvements required

Support the creation of Recovery Runbooks through collaboration with technology infrastructure and business partners to increase complexity and realism of cyber resiliency exercises

Support exercises on behalf of Cyber COE/TRDR Resiliency exercises

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years of technology experience

3+ years of business systems analysis experience, project management experience or a combination of both

2+ years of Business Continuity (BC) Planning/IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Experience

Strong demonstrated experience in Business Continuity Planning processes and background in Cyber Resiliency activities

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working in a collaborative team that works across multiple functional areas

Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, deadline driven environment

Solid analytical skills including analyzing complex data

Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business partners to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

Basic understanding of Agile principles like iterations, sprints, user stories, and backlogs.

Experience working in an Agile team environment using Jira

Experience working with Service Now or equivalent

Experience working with Microsoft Teams or equivalent

Windows, Linux Server OS, Network & routing topology, & IT Support fundamentals

Physical and virtual server technology fundamentals

Experience working with Cloud technologies

Experience managing small to medium sized technology development efforts within a major line of business

Knowledge and understanding of technology risks

Experience working with a large global organization

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectations:

Ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours

Ability to occasionally travel to other business locations 10% of the time

Willingness to work on-site at stated location in a Hybrid flex model

Pay Range:

New York, NY - Pay range: 100,800.00 - 179,200.00 USD Annually.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
