This opportunity requires prior experience, working in an engineering, architectural, construction or project-based environment. Job Description:
Support the Vice President of Operations in the Northeast coordinating all staffing requests for projects
Attend weekly staff meetings for temporary and long term roles and project needs
Make sure are projects are being billed correctly and that staff are being utilized on all projects
Engage with international teams to address skills gaps and ensure better visibility of current needs and staff availability
Manage staff availability, ensuring qualified staff are placed in suitable roles.
Help manage projects and make sure the work is getting done
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Business Administration
Microsoft Office Suite
7-10 years of experience in resource planning and management within an engineering, architectural, construction or project-based environment.
Experience planning short, medium, and long-term resource needs for projects
Experience making sure all projects are being billed and that teams are impacting the projects
