Job DescriptionWe have exciting new opportunities to be a part of our Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Service, responsible for MSK’s Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR) program! Recently celebrating 50 years of providing bone marrow transplants, MSK has always been at the forefront of BMT research. We are looking forQuality Specialiststo support patient outcome reporting requirements to the Center for International Blood & Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR). You will:

Maintain quality plans and programs for the program to ensure efficient, effective operations.

Develop and implement a written quality management program to systematically ensure the quality of services.

Serve as liaison for quality and regulatory-related

Prepare the program for inspections in partnership with associate director.

Participate in external and internal audits.

Be responsible for quality assurance data review of required forms per CIBMTR and MSK standards.

Reports results to program associate director to assist with quality improvement initiatives.

Complete all required documentation and produces necessary reports to ensure that information is accurate and meets applicable guidelines.

Responsible for medium level complex case data entry.

Provide direction, training, and feedback on to data input teams.

Train other team members in specialty areas.

Be responsible for high level complex case data entry, potentially completed in partnership with primary MD.

You need:

4-8 years of clinical experience, bone marrow transplant experience is preferred.

Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels in a confident, professional manner.

Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission and values.

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires flexibility to be onsite as needed.
