Actalent is Seeking a Protection and Controls Engineer We are seeking a P&C Engineer with a background working with high voltage specifically in the utility industry. To be considered, you mus have your professional engineering license. This position will be fully remote. Description:Background in high voltage substation and transmission system protection schemes for utility or generation clients. Responsibilities will include: The design of any/all of the following: high voltage one line and three-line diagrams Current and potential protection schemes, computer modeling/analysis of electrical systems Preparation of specifications for equipment and systems Report preparation Applying codes and standards, and performing and reviewing design computationsSkills:Substation, Electrical, Electrical engineering, Design, autocad electrical, Electrical design, P&c, Relay, Substation design, Autocad
BS in Electrical Engineering
Relevant experience with electric utility substations up to 345kV
PE License required.
