Required Education/Experience

Master's Degree Nursing, Health Policy Administration, Public Health, or Business or four years' experience.

Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Health Policy Administration, Public Health, or Business. or six years' experience.

Relevant Work Experience

Must have at least 4 years' experience managing a team of direct reports. Required

Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software. Required

Strong written and oral communication skills. Required

Clinical or nursing case management experience. Required

Strong understanding of FMLA regulations. Preferred

Demonstrate an understanding of sick and disability management. Preferred

Experience working with union population. Preferred

Demonstrated analytical skills

Demonstrated customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills

Performs work independently with minimal supervision

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
